Your Recreation District #14 Board has created a Master Plan for Coquille Parks and Recreation. To achieve that plan, an election is taking place on November 18th, 2017 to approve RD#14 to incur debt and issue bonds not exceeding $7.8 million. This bond will extend the millage at 4.47 mills on residents for 3 years. Interested in discovering what these tax dollars will be used to build?
