Day 43: Titay's Liloan

For me, Liloan is synonymous to Titay's and every time I go to the Northern part of Cebu, I usually drop by Titay's to buy some Rosquillos and their other baked specialties. I grew up with a Lola that loves Rosquillos and up to now these cookies from Liloan is a personal favorite. Titay's recently reopened after making some major renovations.
