Time to jumpstart the Hadestown fandom please. Song used: "Wait for Me" from Hadestown the Musical. All song, story, and character rights go to Anais Mitchell, Ghostlight Records and affiliates. Even if you haven't seen the musical and have no idea what's happening, hope you enjoy. We can all laugh at Orpheus losing his sanity and my total disregard for continuity. :') **EDIT** It has come to my attention that many people are confused as to this is about. Let me just clear things up a wee bit. The guy at the beginning with the hair curl is Orpheus. The man with the hat is Hermes. The girl in the ending is Eurydice. This musical is based off the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, and this song is Hermes telling Orpheus how he can get into Hadestown (a.k.a. the underworld) to retrieve his wife (Eurydice) from there. Unfortunately, it got copyright striked by Two River Theatre themselves (kind of a honor? kind of disappointing?) and the video got removed. However, I plan to privately message them to ask them to retract their claim in the name of fan appreciation. Even so, if they don't do anything, I'll reupload the original.
