It's Matsuno Ichimatsu, the fourth son of the sextuplets from the anime OSOMATSU-SAN. This is a fanmade PV. Osomatsu-san is a comedy anime, very little to no angst. You can watch the anime on KissAnime and Crunchyroll. Also as a side note, the brother from 2:27, blue-hoodied, is Karamatsu, the second son. ✪ What's the plot? According to the artist, Ichimatsu has Good Child Syndrome. He loves getting praised, but is also lacking affection. Eventually, the obsession got worse, to the point of being obsessed with his brothers. Ichimatsu starts getting more and more cynical with them, except from Karamatsu, who he loved. He thinks that if he confesses to Karamatsu, the burden of "being a good child" could be carried by him. This love started deteriorating, to the point of becoming mad. Once his self-steem hit the ground, he felt relief. That's what happiness was for him, so he could only laugh by the end. Please don't forget that this is not canon and it's just fanmade. This mainly comes from what their parents tell him: "If you do that, you're being a bad Child". A person with good child Syndrome will take this statement to another level, to the point of even taking his own brothers as "bad children" and hating them.
