Upstairs neighbor's footsteps (shoes on, actually a bit quieter) recorded with better mic

Recorded with audio-technica AT2020USB+ about 8" from the cieling. They come home to grab something and leave again. When they are barefoot they are actually much louder. I can feel them through our own floor. Maybe I'm just griping, I know the building is old and not designed with this kind of thing in mind, but I feel their footsteps are careless. I.E. they aren't aware of the sound of their own foot steps. Also important to note the upstairs apartment is all hardwood.
