I've been doing a whole series of blog posts on this topic, so hope you've been enjoying them. Do each exercise for 30 seconds (the first exercise is a one sided exercise so do 30 seconds each leg), without any rest. Once you have completed one round, rest for 1-2 minutes. Complete 3-5 rounds.
