How to Loop Just a Part of a YouTube Video

Sometimes you don’t want the whole video on repeat — just one part: a chorus, a guitar solo, a dance move, a sentence you’re trying to learn. With an A–B loop you pick a start and end point, and only that section repeats.

Loop a section in 3 steps

  1. Open YouTubeLoop.net and load your video (paste the link or search).
  2. Under the player, grab the range slider. Drag the left handle to where the part should start and the right handle to where it should end.
  3. Play — the video now repeats only between those two points, over and over.
The loop points are precise to the second, so you can nail a two-second riff or a single line of a song.

Who uses A–B looping?

Why not YouTube’s built-in loop?

YouTube’s right-click “Loop” repeats the entire video — there’s no way to repeat just a section. That’s exactly what the A–B slider here adds. You can even loop several videos at once or share your loop as a link.
